Am I the only person that didn’t know @BernieSanders was still in the race?

Is he actually going to do this TWICE?
Thanks for sharing this & triggering me, @HumanistReport. https://twitter.com/sharonstone/status/1247205625953529857…
Disclaimer: I have admired @BernieSanders for decades, but as an active Green I didn't vote in the Democratic primary. However, my Twitter feed is full of people who do support him.
Yes, Sharon, Bernie is doing this again. And he represents millions of pissed-off American voters to whom the Democratic Party establishment has become just another face of the enemy.
These voters will become even angrier as the DNC, the donor class, & their media pimps & whores drag Joe Biden to the nomination through sabotage & subterfuge.
Sharon, you probably also didn't know that @4aPeoplesParty will gladly welcome Bernie's supporters when they again walk out of the Dem Convention en masse. @GreenPartyUS will also happily give them refuge and solace.
They will turn this anger into action. Since most Dems in Congress listen only to money, not to the people, the only way the people will be heard is to literally Occupy Congress.
Remember 9 years ago in Wisconsin, when thousands of teachers and state employees jammed into the capitol in Madison for days on end? It didn't work so well with Republicans in charge, but it sure got the message across to those of us watching it.
In case you've forgotten it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Wisconsin_protests… There were mass protests in 2018 also, but Rachel Maddow likely didn't cover them this time because she's getting paid to distract us with Russiagate bullshit.
It's sad that it has come to that. But voting is not enough. Nonviolent direct action delivers the goods.
The establishment doesn't fear Bernie. It fears the popular movement BEHIND Bernie. It fears the People. It fears losing the billions in campaign contributions from the obscenely wealthy 0.01% who actually run this country.
At least SOME celebrities understand that. They also understand that only a revolution can change the system and get it working for us. As @DrJillStein and @ajamubaraka
are fond of saying, the Dem Party is a counter-revolutionary party. I say...burn it down.
Let's also invoke @jimmy_dore, @KyleKulinski, @daviddoel, and @HowieHawkins20, in case they're tuned in.
A message for Bernie supporters in mourning:
First, breathe. Breathe again, deep & slow. Close your eyes. Be consoled that Joe Biden did not defeat Bernie, but that it took the whole Democratic establishment to finally drive Bernie out of the presidential race (with help from a fucking global crisis).
Give yourself time to think before you act, before you tell tout le Facebook, "That's the last straw! The Democratic Party & I are officially Splitsville!" & wind up voting for Biden in November anyway.
Ask yourself whether you think the Democratic Party is worth supporting; whether the evidence leads you to a conclusion that it can be reformed from within; whether you can continue voting for the lesser of two evils while both evils keep getting eviler.
If your answer is No, I recommend two options:
1. The Green Party is already here, fully formed, ready to take you under its ecosocialist wing. Is it flawed? Hell yes. It's just waiting for you to come along and help us fix those flaws.
2. Or you could run to the waiting arms of the Movement for a People's Party, formed from the ashes of Bernie's 2016 campaign, hoping to become an actual party by 2024. They're planning a parallel convention in Milwaukee while the Democrats place the crown on Joe Biden's neoliberal corporatist warmongering head.
